To meet the growing need of quality consulting services for the development of Laos, the Soutsaka College of Management and Technology (SCMT) established its Consulting Division to provide professional consultancy services for public sector agencies, regional development agencies, and business community in Laos. SCD positions itself at the forefront in the areas that it focuses in Lao PDR.
